- Pressure-resistant filtration technology - particle filtration
The pressure-resistant filtration system removes particulate contaminants from the environment and friction wear that can cause wear on bearings, seals, and actuators. Its rating is Beta x(c) ≥ 2000.
- Water, condensation, and entrained gas separation system
Our purifier does not require heating oil. Using vacuum dehydration, these industry-leading purifiers can remove nearly 100% of free water and up to 90% of dissolved water in an unlimited amount, while removing entrained gas.
- Varnish (sludge/tar) separation system
The varnish separation system can remove varnish and gels, colloids, and fine particles caused by the extreme heat and thermal decomposition of the fluid. This helps prevent hydraulic and lubrication systems from accumulating contaminants on bearings and servo valves, which can lead to slow operation and unresponsiveness, and even complete and catastrophic system failures.
