This product is suitable for standard 50 mL centrifuge tubes without sample transfer. To filter, simply connect the device to the 50 mL centrifuge tube containing the sample, turn it over and apply a vacuum. After completion, the filtrate was collected in the attached 50 mL centrifuge tube.
