The device is a spin column based ultrafiltration unit and can handle volumes from 2 to 15 ml. The sample preparation for the LAL test only takes 20 minutes due to the centrifugal design. Vivaspin Endotest can easily be processed in a common centrifuge, accepting 50 ml falcon tubes.
This is an easy to use tool for fast and reliable endotoxin concentration and removal of interfering substances prior to the LAL test.
